A. Return Policy
A1. All sales of individual SEM-PLS software licenses are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
A2. The termination terms of the SEM-PLS Volume License are subject to the SEM-PLS Volume License Program Agreement.
Please refer to your signed Agreement.
B. Support Includes
B1. Support includes installation and registration assistance of SEM-PLS software.
Support also includes help moving the SEM-PLS software license to a different computer.
B2. Support for SEM-PLS software does not include solving business issues, consulting, modeling problems, and statistical theory.
C. Single-User License Support
C1. Only the registered user of SEM-PLS will be offered support.
C2. There is no need to fee for the upgrade during the license validity period.
C3. The license will allow you to install a copy of SEM-PLS on a single computer.
One user can use the installed copy at a time. The change to a new computer is possible on request.
The computer running the software has to be connected to the internet to activate the license.
Once the license is activated, SEM-PLS can be used offline without an internet connection.
If you need to switch your hardware during the licensing period, SEM-PLS provides the error message
" This Serial Key has already been used" when you try to use the same license key on the new computer.
In this case, please send an email to sales@statisme.com. We will then reset your license key to use the remaining term on your new computer.
D. License Support
D1. Please refer to the SEM-PLS Agreement.
D2. SEM-PLS Volume License must be paid and current to receive support.
D3. An annual renewal fee is required.
D4. Only the technical contacts listed within the Volume License Agreement is eligible for support.
